1. My daughter Grace is home from college and ended her first year with a 4.0 – this mama bear could not be more proud!
2. We won the steam cleaner!!
3. We learned that we are one of the coolest place to work, Winners in the Corridor (very proud of this… those surveys come straight from our staff and they are anonymous) , our quality is improving monthly! 3.8 out of 4 stars is pretty darn great!
4. We have a dedicated Quality Assurance Manager.
5. We are still HIRING and have welcomed 6 new employees this month! 
6. We have new quality survey software that with your feedback is helping us with our communication and your custom cleans! The more we communicate the easier it is for us to leave your home Absolutely Clean … YOUR standards are important!
7. We are working VERY hard to be the largest service in town with the best quality – we are known for our attention to detail and our professionalism.  
8. Two of our laundry techs are graduating high school this year! Congrats to Alex who is graduating from Marion and will be a Hawkeye next year! And Congrats to Allyson who is graduating from Linn Mar and will be attending KU in the fall. We couldn't be more proud and fortunate to have had you as part of our team for these last few years.
