One of my easy favorites is a roast with a can of coke or pepsi (diet or reg) poured over it.
Cook on low all day and come home to a wonderfully tender roast for supper!
Sometimes i add some onion if i have it on hand.

*throw in chicken frozen and cook on low 6-8 hours.
Using 2 forks, shred it all up, then add about a cup of Italian Dressing. Let it sit for another 30 minutes or so and serve it on whole wheat buns. Awesome!!!!
