Ingredients
- 1 Jar os Salsa (24oz)
- Juice of 1 Lime
- I Packet of Taco Seasoning Mix
- 1 - 2 Jalapenos Chopped (DeSeed for less spice)
- Cilantro Leaves
- 3 - 4 Chicken Breasts
Directions
Take 3-4 chicken breast and put them on top of the mixture of ingredients listed above and then spoon some of the mixture over the chicken. Cook on low in the crockpot for about 6 hrs… I always put mine on in the morning so it cooks for more like 10 hrs and is perfectly fine. The chicken will fall apart when you try to pick it up!
I use mine as taco meat for chicken tacos. It’s delish!

- 1 (4 pound) boneless beef roast
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- ...1 beef bouillon cube
- 1 bay leaf
- 3 whole black peppercorns
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 20 slices French bread
Directions
1.Remove and discard all visible fat from the roast. Place trimmed roast in a slow cooker.
2.In a medium bowl, combine soy sauce, bouillon, bay leaf, peppercorns, rosemary, thyme, and garlic powder. Pour mixture over roast, and add enough water to almost cover roast. Cover, and cook on Low heat for 10 to 12 hours, or until meat is very tender.
3.Remove meat from broth, reserving broth. Shred meat with a fork, and distribute on bread for sandwiches. Used reserved broth for dipping.
Toast the buns with garlic and add a slice of provolone before serving... YUM!

My fave is chicken tacos a la crockpot....
- 1 lb. of chicken
- 1 packet of taco seasoning mix
- 1 can of chicken broth
*Put a lb. of chicken in the crockpot and then dissolve one packet of taco seasoning mix in a can of chicken broth and dump that on top of the chicken. Cook on low all day and then shred it with forks. I shred it about a half hour before we are going to eat or so and then put in back in the crock pot on low to absorb more of the liquid. Then it with whatever taco shells/tortillas and fixings you like!! =)"

- 5 chicken breast,
- 5 potatoes all chopped up,
- 1 can of cream of mush,
- 1 can cream of chicken
- 1 can cream kf celery.
*I dump in, mix, cook on low 6 hours. Yummy and easy! Use Healthy Request for a healthier meal.
Cook on low all day and come home to a wonderfully tender roast for supper!
Sometimes i add some onion if i have it on hand.
- 6 chicken breasts
- a cup of Italian Dressing
*throw in chicken frozen and cook on low 6-8 hours.
Using 2 forks, shred it all up, then add about a cup of Italian Dressing. Let it sit for another 30 minutes or so and serve it on whole wheat buns. Awesome!!!!
